Before your first meeting

How much does the first consultation cost?

The initial consultation (up to 60 minutes) costs PLN 300 net. During the meeting, the advocate reviews your situation, answers your questions and sets out the possible next steps and the terms of any further cooperation.

What should I prepare for the meeting?

Above all, any documents you have - contracts, correspondence, letters from the court, an authority or law enforcement bodies, and any earlier rulings. A short chronological summary of the facts and a list of questions you would like answered are also helpful. Not having a complete set of documents does not prevent you from having the consultation.

Can I arrange an online consultation?

Yes. We hold consultations at our office at ul. Wilcza 29a lok. 7 in Warsaw, or online - by video call or telephone. The terms and duration of the meeting are the same as for a meeting at the office. Documents can be sent in advance, once a secure way of sharing them has been agreed.

Does the firm serve clients in English, German, Ukrainian or Russian?

We handle contact with the firm, consultations and ongoing communication in Polish, English, German, Ukrainian and Russian. Court filings are drafted, and hearings conducted, in Polish - procedural law requires it, and an interpreter must be present in the courtroom regardless of the language the legal representative speaks. We work with a sworn translator of English and German, so translations of necessary documents can be prepared quickly. Please indicate your preferred language when arranging a meeting.

How quickly will I receive a reply?

We reply to messages sent through the form and by email within one business day. In urgent matters - for example, a detention or a procedural step scheduled for the next few days - please contact us by phone on +48 518 999 476 (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00).
